Carpet Cleaning

There are a number of ways to clean a commercial carpet, but the one we find to be most effective is a technique called Truck Mount Extraction. This method is fast, powerful, and protects the fibers in your carpet from damage.

 

It is estimated that only about 30% of companies across America use a truck mount extraction system. Our equipment is perfectly designed for commercial applications, penetrating the fibers and underlayment of carpets to extract as much dirt as possible. This system is a high heat, high suction extraction process, and carpets are treated with a cleaning agent to break down dirt and stains beforehand.

 

If a stain can be removed, Truck Mount Extraction is the method that can remove it. Regardless, a vital step in stain removal is to swiftly blot the content out of the carpet before it soaks into the underlayment or concrete. Some spills stain carpets immediately, so aim to clean up as much as possible as quickly as possible. Tile and VCT Floor Cleaning

The maintaining of tile floors is an important part of keeping your facility clean and presentable. High-traffic areas are prone to collecting dirt, which can give an otherwise beautiful floor an appearance that leaves much to be desired.


  • Machine Burnish Tile Floors- Sometimes you just need to maintain the shine of your floors by burnishing with a high-speed floor machine to maximum your shine.
  • Machine Scrub and Recoat- We will Scrub 1-2 layers of old wax to remove scratches and marks and then recoat with 2-3 coats of high solids floor finish. We will then machine burnish the last coat when dry.
  • Complete Strip and Wax- We will completely strip every inch of your VCT tile space. We will then recoat all areas with 4-6 layers of a high solids industrial grade wax. With high-quality stripping and waxing, your flooring will remain clean, shiny and attractive for years to come.

Our floor stripping and waxing services are completed in three steps:


  • Floor stripping: This is where we will remove the top coating of wax and any other buildup. By stripping the floors, we will remove all of the dirt and grime, leaving the floors bare.
  • Sealant: After we strip the floors, we must then seal it with a high-quality sealer. We will then buff the surface to a sparkling shine. The sealer and gloss finish will extend the wear of your VCT flooring, reduce marks and scratches and will help to guard against soil penetration and abrasion.
  • Waxing: Our VCT floor finish will give your floors a deep, rich protective glow. The High Solids industrial grade wax we use will protect your flooring and will make it shine like new once more.
